It is reported that the total investment of the project is about 2 billion yuan, and the implementation entity is Zhejiang Dacai Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. The project will build an advanced semiconductor Mini LED display manufacturing base integrating R&D and high-end manufacturing.
The project will be implemented in two phases. The investment in the first phase is about 1 billion yuan, with a construction area of 32,000 square meters. It will build an LED display module production line and supporting industry projects with SMD patch technology. It is expected to be put into production in February 2026. The second phase investment is about 1 billion yuan to build an LED ultra-high-definition display module production line and supporting industry projects based on COB packaging technology.After the project reaches full production, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 2.5 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue will be approximately 20 million yuan.
Data shows that Dacai Optoelectronics was established in 2020 and focuses on the R&D and production of LED display modules and full screens. In addition to the Sichuan project, in June this year, Dacai Optoelectronics was located in Mini in Tongxiang, Zhejiang The COB small-pitch LED display construction project has also been approved by the environmental assessment.
The project plans to invest 176.5 million yuan. The project will carry out technological transformation and expansion based on the existing process, increasing the production capacity to 48,000 square meters of Mini per year. COB small-pitch LED display, the product specifications are mainly P1.25, ranging from P1.875 to P0.4.
